Dr. Melissa J. Sayer, MBA

Managing Partner of 6 Team Conditions Global

Melissa Sayer serves on the ICF-Ireland Chapter Board of Directors and is the Managing Partner and one of the co-founders of 6 Team Conditions. She specialises in the coaching of senior leadership teams, mission critical teams and team leadership, and is an Adjunct Professor at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin. Melissa's doctoral research focussed on the contribution of team coaching to organisational learning.  

 

Fabio Garganego

Team Coach at Pentago | Faculty Member at Kingstown College | Executive Coach and Facilitator | Engineer

Fabio is an Engineer turned Executive and Team Coach with extensive experience in coaching and mentoring across the UK, Ireland, and Italy. Having shifted his focus from IT to people, he now specialises in team coaching and corporate well-being, organisational change, and leadership development. Fabio currently serves as Director of Innovation for ICF-Ireland Chapter.  

 

Egle Holton

Team Coaching Circle Host | Team Coach at The Flux Guild​

Egle has 20 years of experience in the tech industry, including a decade at Google, where she led teams and managed high-complexity projects across regional and global markets. She is an internal coach with Google’s g2g Coaching Network and a faculty member in the company’s coaching programs. Egle is a Systemic Team Coaching practitioner, specialising in team effectiveness, leadership development, and change management.
