About the event

AI is having a disruptive impact on leadership, the coaching profession and the wider world.

Can - should - team coaches engage with AI creatively?

In this thought-provoking session, Sam Isaacson will explore the evolving relationship between AI and the dynamics of teams, leadership and learning cultures. Incorporating live demos, applicable frameworks and space for reflection and discussion, this session will be an invitation to explore the role that AI can play as part of a wider ecosystem.

Come ready to grapple with important questions about ethics, pragmatism and the future role of team coaches in workplaces that are being shaken by the introduction of AI. Expect a forward-looking conversation that blends systems thinking, practical experimentation and reflective inquiry. Participants will leave with a clearer sense of how AI may shape the future of team coaching, and how coaches can actively participate in designing that future rather than simply reacting to it.
