AI in Team Coaching Series: Lowering the Cost of Truth

In this session, we will explore what happens when a team coach attempts to replace themselves with AI - and how that experiment reveals what is truly irreplaceable in coaching. We'll examine how technology can strengthen, rather than diminish, our impact as team coaches.

About the event

As Artificial Intelligence becomes increasingly capable of supporting coaching conversations, many coaches are asking what this means for the future of the profession. Could AI eventually replace the work of a team coach - or might it help us become even more effective?

In this Team Coaching Circle session, Christopher Gray will share a highly personal and practical experiment: setting out to replace himself entirely as a team coach using AI.

In his own words: 'With an inexplicable lack of need to defend my own relevance, I set out to replace myself as a team coach entirely with AI. Only then did I learn what was truly irreplaceable - about me, about you, about us humans. In this conversation, I’ll share everything I’ve learned along the way. And I’ll share real world experience and examples of how technology can actually increase our potency as coaches. Turns out we are more relevant and needed than ever. But perhaps not in the way we first thought.'
