About the event
Our role as a team coach is to be a team coach right?
Helen Zink, uses a real case study to illustrate it’s not clear cut. A team coach takes on many roles, some intentionally, and some without even noticing. Some roles are helpful and some are not, depending on the client and their particular circumstances. Role clarity is particularly challenging for internal coaches and situations where coach-client relationships are strong. Helen talks to us about her experience and insight then invites us to share our reflections on this topic.
Participants will be invited to explore the impact and application of team coach roles in ways not considered previously. Session will be recorded and shared with all participants who haven’t had a chance to dial in live.
Who is this session for?
Practising or developing team coaches
Internal and External coaches
Organisational Development Specialists
Change Agents
