About the event

Join the Team Coaching Circle series focused on team diagnostic instruments and tools

Across the series, we’ll explore three powerful diagnostic tools and instruments used in team coaching — starting with the journey behind teamSalient Enterprise, followed by 6 Team Conditions and Vertical Development Diagnostics.

Diagnostics in Team Coaching Series (Session 2): 6 Team Conditions

Join Melissa J. Sayer for an engaging exploration of the research-backed 6 Team Conditions framework and its power to predict and improve team effectiveness. Grounded in decades of empirical study, this session invites practitioners to deepen their understanding of what truly enables teams to thrive - and to examine how coaching can be more precisely targeted to the conditions that matter most.

Through practical examples and facilitated reflection, we will explore how the 6 Team Conditions reliably shape team performance across industries and contexts. The session will highlight how team coaches can use these insights to strengthen contracting, design more impactful interventions, and guide teams toward more sustainable, measurable results.
