Declan is a Psychologist and accredited Master Team Coach, who coaches top leadership teams across sectors. He is CEO of teamGenie - a company specialising in designing, coaching, and developing teams - and the creator of teamSalient, the only team effectiveness psychometric tool to be registered by the BPS globally. Declan wrote the 'go-to' handbook 'The Transformed Team’, as a self-help toolkit to help teams change.

Andy Duncan | Team Coach, Client Delivery @ teamSalient

Andy is the Client Delivery Director at teamGenie, a C-Suite Executive Coach, an AC accredited Master Team Coach, and specialist in developing leaders and teams to unlock their potential, through leadership development and team coaching activities.

Andy has broad and deep experience in building coaching cultures in organisations and successfully designed, systemised, embedded and scaled a team coaching programme and supporting culture within a large financial services organisation. He has a passion for supporting and driving change at an enterprise level, in service of building high levels of engagement and performance.
