About the Speaker:

Dorothy E. Siminovitch, PhD, MCC, is a pioneer of Gestalt Coaching and received her master coach certification from the International Coach Federation.


She is an international leadership, team, and organizational coach, mentor coach, speaker, and author. She is faculty for Hudson Institute of Coaching, a founding Director of Training for the Gestalt Coaching Program in Istanbul (an ICF-Level 2 offering) and co-founder and co-owner of the Gestalt Center for Coaching. Dorothy has lectured, coached and taught around the world.


She uses Gestalt theory and awareness process tools to support personal and professional development and mastery at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Her areas of specialisation are coaching for executive presence and masterful use of self , Awareness Intelligence and high performance team development. Her personal mission is to support learning as the act of intentional evolution. She is the recipient of 2023 ICF-Toronto chapter’s “Lifetime Achievement Award in Coaching”.

Dorothy is the author of A Gestalt Coaching Primer: The Path Toward Awareness Intelligence (2nd edition) which has been translated into Turkish.
