Building Foundations in Team Coaching
The Team Coaching Circle is a community-led initiative aimed at supporting Team Coaches and those in training through a series of collaborative and engaging sessions. We will run these community sessions in sprints, each lasting approximately three months.

Objectives:
Build a foundation as a learning community
Align with the community on the purpose of the learning group
Provide a practice opportunity for leading further sessions (co-coaching, co-facilitating, session design)
