Andrea is an experienced team coach and mentor with a focus on corporate well-being. As a faculty member at Kingstown College, Andrea teaches leadership and coaching programs. He brings decades of business experience, having worked across industries from IT to fashion and lived in Italy, India, and Ireland.

Caroline Duffy

Caroline is the founder of Aube Coaching Ltd and an experienced team coach, working with executive and senior leadership teams across a variety of sectors for over twenty years. As a faculty member at Team Coaching Studio, she mentors and trains team coaches. Caroline’s career spans the public and private sectors, working with global clients such as PwC and Hertz.

Michael Cooper

Michael is a seasoned team coach and head of the Senior Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner Programme, established by Dr. Peter Hawkins. As a faculty member, he oversees programs for team coaches at all levels. With two decades of experience, Michael has worked internationally as a coach, supervisor, and consultant, helping teams and leaders build cohesive, high-performing teams.
