About the event
Illuminating opportunities for growth in a team ecosystem – in practice
Join the Team Coaching Circle to explore how the “I WE IT Liminal Space Model” is being used to enable teams to quickly identify opportunities for growth by navigating the boundaries between the I, the WE the IT and the wider system in which any individual team operates.

While completing their Diploma in Team Coaching in 2022 with the Team Coaching Studio Alana Jossel, Rachel Doogue, Sandy Smith and Dr Shona Brown developed this model and are using it with teams in Ireland, the UK, South Africa and the USA. We look forward to sharing our experiences with different clients over the last two years and what new has emerged in three key areas we identified with significant potential to enhance team effectiveness:
Enabling the team to form common awareness of the team ecosystem. This empowers the team to make changes to meet the system needs, whilst, at the same time, considering potential impact at an individual, team and system level (I, WE, IT)
Achieving deep change at an individual level as team members find more of themselves in relation to the team and show up for who they need to be collectively as a team
Drawing attention to transitions involved in ongoing connection, communication and change in teams, navigating these transitions, recognising that individuals influence the team and wider systems, and that the team and wider systems, influence individuals.
The original White Paper on this model and the supporting item bank of questions for team coaches are attached here for your consideration and can also be found through this link.
