Georgina Woudstra, MCC, ACTC | Founder at Team Coaching Studio

Georgina Woudstra has been at the forefront of the team coaching movement since its rise in the 2010s. An executive coach since the early 1990s, she recognised early on that real, lasting organisational change depends on teams, not just individual leaders. Through years of reflective practice, she concluded that traditional facilitation rarely sparks deep transformation. True change emerges when coaches work dynamically in the moment, harnessing the group’s energy as challenges unfold.

Georgina pioneered this approach as an in-house team coach, which inspired her to found Team Coaching Studio in 2017, dedicated to developing world-class team coaches. In 2022, she was among the first globally to receive the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC). A serial entrepreneur, she understands the demands of building a thriving practice. Her updated book, Mastering the Art of Team Coaching, offers practical wisdom to help coaches grow their impact in what is now the fastest growing field in coaching.

Eimear Sweeney | Executive & Team Coach

Eimear is an EMCC Accredited Executive and Team Coach (Senior Practitioner level) with almost 20 years of experience working in Tech. She holds an MSc in Business and Executive Coaching from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business.

Alongside her private coach practice, Eimear is an International Wellness Manager at Google. She is a highly experienced coach working with clients and teams across different industries within the private and public sectors. Eimear believes that team coaching is fundamental to optimizing team effectiveness and driving substantive, sustainable change within organisations.
