Paul J Barbour | Executive and Team Coach


Paul J Barbour is an executive and team coach, Certified Business Psychologist, and author with over 20 years of experience leading businesses at Kerry Group plc.


A writer and speaker with strong interests in human collaboration and conflict resolution, he is also a lead tutor on the Henley Professional Certificate in Team and Systemic Coaching and part of the UK ICF Team Coaching Working party.

Lucy Widdowson | Executive and Team Coach


Lucy Widdowson is an executive and team coach, lead tutor on team coaching at Henley Business School and Director of Performance Edge, a leadership and coaching consultancy providing ICF accredited team coaching development. During her 30-year corporate career, she has worked as an HR Director and is a UK board member for team coaching for the ICF.


Lucy was one of the global subject matter experts involved in the development of the ICF team coaching competencies and ACTC speciality designation.
