About the event
Team Coaching & AI: Team Coaching 5.0 Framework
Coaching, at a minimum, should help
Gain Insight on a current or emerging challenge
Discover, foster, or realise Potential
Help curate Agency to achieve a Goal.
Technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Metaverse tools, can help with one or more of these processes. Problems arise when AI reconciles an individual’s coaching with others, especially in complex team, project, departmental or organisational contexts. Issues also arise when incoherence and incongruence emerge between policies deciding what technologies are tasked for and what human beings must do.
Since 2020, organisations began aligning to a fifth industrial revolution mindset, ‘Industry 5.0’, prioritising human flourishing and empowerment over advance and adoption of technology innovation. This workshop explores how coaching is operationalised for Industry 5.0 workforces, through a hybrid human/technology ‘Coaching 5.0’ framework, that ensures the humanity, within individuals and across teams, advances in harmony with technology augmented or automated performance and productivity.
About Team Coaching 5.0 framework
The ‘Team Coaching 5.0’ framework appropriates ‘Coaching 5.0’ practices, integrating Fifth Industrial Revolution (5IR) or ‘Industry 5.0’ technologies, with ‘humanity-centric’ dynamics.
Team Coaching 5.0 advances the scale, scope, speed, sophistication, and sustainability of Team Coaching for future workforces in business and organisational workplaces.
