The Team Coaching Supervision Lab is a 12‑month, cohort-based online experience designed for practising team coaches who want to strengthen their impact, stay ethically grounded, and develop confidence working with complexity.

 

This programme offers a dedicated supervision space to pause, reflect, and make sense of your work — supported by experienced Team Coaching Supervisors and a community of peers.

Team coaching happens in complex, relational systems. Supervision provides a vital container to explore what’s emerging — in the team, in the system, and in you as the coach.

Program Structure

 

  • Duration: 12 months

  • Frequency: 1 session per quarter

  • Total Sessions: 4 group supervision sessions

  • Session Length: 2 hours each

  • Delivery: Online, Zoom (live)

 

Format

 

The Team Coaching Supervision Lab is delivered in a group supervision format, combining:

  • Reflective dialogue

  • Live supervision of participant cases

  • Systemic inquiry and sense-making

  • Integration of learning across sessions

     

This is not a training programme, but a supervision and professional development space grounded in reflective practice.

  • Coaches working systemically with leadership teams or multi-stakeholder systems

  • Practitioners seeking ongoing supervision to support ethical, effective practice

  • Coaches working towards or maintaining ICF and/or EMCC accreditation

 

Investment

€689 EUR for the full 12‑month programme (4 x 2‑hour group supervision sessions)

 

Full payment is required upon registration. Places are limited to support depth of supervision and quality of learning.

The sessions will be led by Global Institute for Team Coaching Supervision faculty:

Dr. Lise Lewis 

Author | Co-Founder of the Global Institute for Team Coaching Supervision (GIFTCS) | Director of Bluesky International | Executive and Relational Leadership Coach, Team Coach, Coaching Supervisor and Trainer

 

Lise is a highly experienced coach, mentor, and award-winning supervisor whose work centres on creating reflective spaces where practitioners deepen their awareness and effectiveness. Drawing on her doctoral research in relational leadership and feedback, she helps coaches, mentors, and team coaches strengthen their practice through supervision that balances support, challenge, and growth.
