About the event

AI is rapidly entering the field of coaching — but how do we use it in ways that genuinely support teams, without compromising ethics, confidentiality, or human judgement?

In this Team Coaching Circle session, Colin Cosgrove will share the latest research on AI in coaching alongside practical, real-world examples of how AI can be used to support team coaching work.

Together, we will explore:

  • Where AI can add real value in team coaching use cases

  • Ethical considerations, confidentiality, and professional boundaries

  • How to keep human presence, judgement, and relational depth at the centre
