About the event

Effective team coaching starts - and often unravels - at the point of contracting.

In this Team Coaching Circle session, we will explore how Transactional Analysis (TA) offers a robust and practical framework for contracting in team coaching, helping coaches work more clearly, ethically, and systemically with teams and their stakeholders.

Transactional Analysis brings precision to contracting by inviting coaches to attend not only to what is explicitly agreed, but also to the psychological and relational contracts at play — between team members, leaders, sponsors, and the coach.

This session is designed for team coaches who want to deepen their contracting practice, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, and to use contracting as an ongoing intervention rather than a one-off event.
