Colin Cosgrove

Colin Cosgrove is a coach, AI compliance consultant, and accredited senior practitioner who brings a unique blend of tech industry experience and coaching practice.

 

Formerly a Compliance Lead at Google, Colin played a central role in the company’s response to the 2017 Shopping judgement and was instrumental in launching Google's first AI-powered Ads products in Europe - ensuring alignment with evolving EU legislation.

 

Today, Colin helps tech organisations navigate AI governance, while also working as an active coach. He is passionate about making complex AI topics accessible for coaches - especially those working with leadership and teams - so they can coach with confidence in an increasingly AI-enabled world.
