Team Coaching Supervision Labs

We’re excited to introduce the Team Coaching Supervision Labs — a pilot program offering reflective, practice-based learning to team coaches through dedicated supervision spaces, provided free of charge as part of the shared learning journey.

These Labs are designed to strengthen your capacity to meaningfully reflect on your team coaching practice and professional development. Supervision is an essential part of ongoing growth and ethical practice for coaches, and forms a key element in the accreditation processes of both ICF and EMCC, enabling practitioners to deepen their impact and resilience in complex client systems.

Skilful professional team coaching supervision is grounded in the real, practical, and relational challenges of team coaching.  Effective supervisors work with supervisees in groups, team coaching pairs or individually reflecting on their work with clients in three dimensions: Formative (Resourcing), Normative (Qualitative), and Restorative (Supporting).
